Upon Booking you are agreeing to the following Rental Terms and Conditions:

The following Terms and Conditions only form the basis of your agreement with https://luckystep.wixsite.com/lucky-step so please read them carefully and be sure you understand each point. Nothing stated below affects your normal statutory rights.

From this point forward, https://luckystep.wixsite.com/lucky-step will be referred to as; “we”, “us” and “our”. The Property booked will be referred to as; “the Property” and the Holidaymakers/all members of the Holiday party will be referenced as “you” and “your”.


Making the Booking
Your Booking is made as a consumer solely for a vocational purpose, this means you acknowledge no liability can be accepted upon us for any business losses however suffered or incurred by you.

To confirm your booking, a Bank Transfer or a payment link must be made within 48 hours of confirming your Booking. This Payment will consist of 25% of the total booking cost as an Initial Booking Deposit to ensure the dates requested are secured. Please note, this deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 75% of the total cost must be made 4 weeks prior to the stated arrival date.

If the arrival date stated above falls within the next 4 weeks, the full booking amount is payable immediately to ensure your requested dates are secured.

On arrival, a Damage and Breakage Security Deposit of 50$ or equivalent will be requested. This will be refunded upon check out if an apartment is returned in the same condition as received.

Cancelling or Amending your Booking by you

If you wish to cancel or amend your booking you must call us as soon as possible on the number +201555266129. You are also required to confirm your cancellation or booking amendment in writing via email using the email: luckystepsharm@gmail.com. The cancellation or amendment will not be taken into action until this written confirmation is received by us and a cancellation report or an updated Booking Agreement is sent to you.

If you cancel your booking before 4 weeks of your arrival date, the full rental amount minus the initial deposit will be refunded. 
If you cancel your booking 2-4 weeks before your arrival date, 50% of the full rental amount minus the initial deposit will be refunded. 
If you cancel your booking 1-2 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the full rental amount minus the initial deposit will be refunded. 
Any cancellation within 7 days of your arrival date, no refund will be made by us.

Cancelling or Amending your Booking by us

We would not expect to have to make any amendments or to cancel your booking but unfortunately, problems do sometimes occur and we do have to make alterations and very rarely cancel bookings.

If in this situation, we will contact you as soon as possible and is reasonably practical, to inform you of the changes we wish to make to your booking, or if necessary, cancel the booking. In this case, the full rental amount including the initial deposit made will be refunded to you.

Your Accommodation

Standard Check-In time is 14:00 hours on the Arrival Date and Check-Out time is 12:00 hours on the Departure Date specified in your Booking Agreement.

If your arrival will be later than you had advised us, you must contact us, by telephone, as soon as possible to ensure alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so, you may not be able to gain access to the Property. Following this, if you do not arrive by midday on the following day of your arrival date, we will automatically treat this as a cancellation by you.

Your Obligations

You and all members in your party agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, plus any other reasonable verbal and written regulations that we may put in place to ensure safety and righteousness to you, us, and all other members.

You and all members of your party agree to keep and leave the Property and all Fittings and Furnishings within it, including; Kitchen Equipment, Crockery, Glasses, Linen and Towels, clean and in the good condition that you found it in. You and all members of your party agree to not cause any damage to the Property’s Walls, Doors, or Windows nor do anything that could be considered to cause a nuisance or disturbance to us, neighbors, and other Guests within the property or the Property Management.

You and all members of your party acknowledge that if any damage has been caused to the Property and or Fittings and Furnishings within it, or we feel that the Property has not been returned to us in the same quality of condition in which you received it, the Security Deposit paid upon Check-in of the Property will not be refunded and we hold the right to request a further amount to be charged depending on the damage caused. In this case, the requested amount must be paid prior to the departure of the Property.

You and all members of your party agree to take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property. 
No liability to you is accepted in respect of damage or loss of such personal items and or property.

You and all members of your party agree that each member of the party is covered by relevant comprehensive travel insurance, including; cancellations, flight delays, loss and or damage to luggage or any other personal items. Also, you agree to be covered by relevant health insurance, including; evacuation and repatriation coverage.

You and all members of your party are not permitted to allow any other persons that are not stated within the Booking Agreement to stay within the Property overnight nor can you change the makeup of the party anytime after you check in to the Property. Pets are also not permitted within the Property at any time. If you do not comply with these particular conditions we have the right to refuse the handover and or can request you to vacate the Property. If this situation does occur, we will then take it as a cancellation from you.

You and all members of your party agree permission to allow any of our representatives into the Property at any given reasonable time to perform such tasks as essential repairs and for the purpose of reviewing the condition of the Property.


Our main priority is to ensure your Holiday is comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable therefore enabling a perfect stay within one of our Properties. If however, you have any cause for complaint or feel you have sufficient evidence that would suggest an urgent improvement to the Property, it is important that you notify us immediately to ensure a remedial action is pursued as soon as possible.

It is often extremely difficult and sometimes impossible to resolve any issues or difficulties if we are not promptly notified. All issues and discussions of any criticism with us whilst you are staying within the Property will usually be rectified straightaway. Nevertheless, any concerns you have that are of a temporary nature such as preparation of the Property cannot be investigated and solved unless you have performed the Check-In and are resident within the Property.


Our liability

Our maximum liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching any point stated in these Terms and Conditions is strictly limited to the daily rental value of the Property stated in the Booking Agreement. Losses are only foreseeable where they are contemplated by you and us at the time of order but then are accepted by us. We are not liable in any cases such as force majeure.

The liability amount stated above does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence by us, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentations, or for any matter in which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.


Laws of Egypt

We have the right to request a copy of any relevant documents that may be required to cover any Laws or Regulations put in place by us, the Property Owner, the Manager, or the Egyptian Government. Any defiance by you to provide such requested documents can result in us refusing the handover and or requesting you to vacate the Property. If this situation does occur, we will then take it as a cancellation from you.
